Frequently Asked Questions

  • We get this question a lot and it basically comes down to our mission statement: We want to provide Colorado Springs with high level automotive repair at a fair price. A majority of our customers are here because they want dealership quality diagnosis and repairs but are tired of the outrageous price tag that comes with that. All costs are essential passed down tot he customer. If we were to hire more employees to operate the shuttles, purchase a shuttle vehicle, pay insurance, maintenance, DMV fees, gas, all of those things add up. As a result, we would have to increase our prices. It would directly go against what we are trying to accomplish at this current time. Will we add this service in the future and raise our rates? Possibly. At this time our customers prefer paying out of pocket for a $25 ride home vs paying an extra $1,000 on a larger repair.

  • Yes. We believe that having a comfortable place to relax while waiting for smaller repairs or a ride home is essential to an automotive shop’s amenities. Our waiting room offers comfortable seating, an 85” tv with a full sound system, high speed wi-fi, a phone charging station, coffee, water, and a variety of drinks to chose from.

  • We do offer a waiting room and you are allowed to wait for your repairs. If you’re coming in for a scheduled waiter oil change, waiter alignment, or waiter tires, you can enjoy the comforts of our waiting room. Larger repairs or waiting around for diagnosis results could take some time. When we schedule you for a day and a time to drop off, it is a drop off appointment, not the time we will be working on your vehicle. Automotive repair is somewhat difficult to gage a timeline on. Cars come in for check engine lights and leaks, and these repairs can turn into day long repairs. If you are scheduled to drop off for a diagnosis, you will be dropping off with several customers and we then try and have all vehicles diagnosed before 12pm. At that time you will be called and explained exactly what is needed to repair your vehicle. Parts will be ordered and depending on what other work is in front of you, an estimated completion time and day will be discussed. This process is standard across the industry. As you can see, when dropping off for a check engine light diagnosis, you could be waiting around for diagnosis results as late as 12pm and then repairs will be completed as the parts arrive which is always an unknown. It’s best to plan to drop off and either have a ride home or arrange for an Uber or Lyft.
